Around Northern Virginia and the Tidewater, Lake Braddock topped South County, 9-2; Gainesville handled Osbourn Park, 6-1; Broad Run beat Tuscarora, 7-1; Colgan held off WoodbridgeHS, 4-2; Independence edged BattlefieldHS, 2-1; Menchville got past Kecoughtan, 5-3; Ocean Lakes cruised past First Colonial, 12-1; Bethel defeated Phoebus, 12-5; Loudoun County rolled by Heritage (Leesburg), 15-2; and Eastern View downed Caroline, 7-1.
