The majority of the teams are entering the regular season in-district play. And we’re starting to see the number of undefeated teams start to dwindle. Lake Braddock is the new #1, and looks to be the early favorite for the Patriot district. Oakton continues its Cinderella story with a convincing win over South Lakes. Deep Run had no new games this week, but should pick up again next week. Colgan dominated in their first game back with a 24-0 win. McLean, the returning VHSL 6 state champs, had a close win against the talented Langley team this week.
